Volunteer: Volunteer to Grow Food for People in Need at Angel's Garden

Minimum Age:

14+

What You Will Do:

Volunteers will assist with various gardening projects, such as planting, weeding, and harvesting the gardens.

8:00-8:10 - Welcome and Check In

8:10-8:50 - Gardening

8:50-9:00 - Clean Up and Thank You

What to Bring:

A mask

Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing

Closed-toe shoes

Water, sunscreen, and a hat are recommended

Where to Park:

There is plenty of street parking 

Where to Meet:

Meet near the corner of N. 3rd Place & Newland St. Proceed through the South facing gate

Check in with the Grow Local volunteer lead when you arrive. They will provide a brief overview of the benefits of volunteering and will stick with you during the entire experience to make sure you have a blast!
