Who We Are
The mission of Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS) NY is to help New York City’s most vulnerable residents remain with their pets by delivering critical programs and services through a community of partners and volunteers. Their Programs help keep pets in their homes while protecting and promoting the human-animal bond that is so physically and psychologically valuable to their clients. Thus, their motto: helping people by helping pets
What We Do
Volunteer with PAWS NY
Minimum Age: 18+
Volunteer Opportunity Available: Volunteers will commit to a weekly shift (same day and time) to aid with dog walking, litter box maintenance, medication administration, and/or food/water provisions.
Timeframe: Mondays - Sundays; Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Evening
