What You Will Do:
Volunteers will help landscape a sustainable garden and outdoor garden classroom. There will be some lifting, digging with shovels and general garden work.

Waiver Requirement: Jovial Concepts requires all volunteers to complete a waiver for this event. We'll email the waiver link 3 days prior to the event - please complete it as soon as you're able and no later than the day before so they can confirm attendance numbers

Check in with the Jovial Concepts volunteer lead when you arrive. They will provide a brief overview of the benefits of volunteering and will stick with you during the entire experience to make sure you have a blast!
About the Organization:
By transforming 40 urban lawns into organic gardens, Jovial Gardens by Jovial Concepts will grow enough fresh produce to feed 250 Colorado families. Using gardens as a classroom, participants learn sustainability, environmental awareness, healthy food practices, and how to combat obesity and other health issues associated with food hardships.
